Just received this item and was disappointed with the quality. The pieces were jammed into a small box and were so tightly squeezed together that the ball doesn’t freely travel through the circuit. My husband has been trying to spread the track but so far it’s not working. We had to take a ball from another unit to make it work. Another issue is the locking quality, it doesn’t take much for a piece to separate. My husband and I aren’t impressed but I gave it two stars because after we replaced the ball, my cats seem to like it.

My jaded cats really took an interest in this and still enjoy playing with it weeks later. The only thing that would make it better would be if it stayed together better, but the mechanics for that would probably raise the price. Actually if you don’t have rowdy dogs or clumsy people to stumble into it, it would probably hold together fine.

My cat is 2 years old and loves the round version this company made originally so I had high hopes she would enjoy their newest invention. She does! Played with it for a solid hour today (first day) and played off and on with it many times after that. She’s now sound asleep on the ottoman…facing the toy of course.

I agree with other reviewers in terms of quality. There is no solid satisfying snap of the pieces going together which ends up making it flimsy. Cleo can be rough with her toys but has yet to tear it apart however I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens eventually. The issue others have had of the ball getting stuck is not one I’ve experienced but I had to work really hard with the pieces to get them aligned properly.

You can buy multiple sets to hook together which is an idea that I love (I think this toy is as much for adults as it is for cats but I won’t be following through on it. If they improve the quality, then I would reconsider.

I also doubted whether my cats would play with this toy. Not only do they play with it, they guard it, fight over it, play with it together, take turns, etc. It seems that they will never tire of it. It’s wonderful!!

Well so far so good the shipment to Texas. I Was very, very sad to know that they don’t ship to Puerto Rico fortunately I have a brother in Texas so he receive the package for me and he is coming to Puerto Rico for the holidays so I ask him if he could bring me the toy with him and he say yes But I feel sad because I will have to wait to receive it, they do ship the toy to Texas already, but I was willing to buy more toys but since they don’t ship to Puerto Rico I am not going to pay double shipment. Well I can not write anything yet about how my cat will like it or not but I had read a lot of reviews saying there cats love it. So wish me luck until the holidays hope she love it too, because my cat is full with a lot of energy and loves to play and play a lot
